My story
I’m a Sardinian, born and raised, now based in Amsterdam. After years of living and working abroad, I kept seeing the same thing happen: people fell in love with Sardinia, the island, the pace of life, the light and then got stuck the moment they tried to actually buy something here.
Different laws. A language barrier. Professionals they’d never met and had no way to judge. It’s a lot to navigate alone, especially from another country.
So I started Sardinia Compass to be the person I wish had been there for others someone who knows the island properly, and who’s genuinely on your side through the whole process.

How I work
Sardinia is home to me. I know it beyond the postcards the regulations, the regions, the people.
Agents, notaries, architects and builders I’d recommend to my own family, no one else.
I don’t represent developers or push properties. I represent you, plain and simple.
English, Italian and German so nothing gets lost along the way.
